Key Responsibilities:
User Research:
Conduct user research to identify user needs and pain points through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform product design decisions.Product Conceptualization:
Work with product managers to understand business goals and user requirements, translating them into cohesive design strategies.Wireframing and Prototyping:
Develop wireframes, low and high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize product solutions and user flows.UI and UX Design:
Design user interfaces that are intuitive, functional, and visually engaging while aligning with brand guidelines and enhancing the overall product experience.Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility, alignment with project goals, and seamless handoff to development.User Testing and Iteration:
Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs. Iterate on design solutions to enhance functionality and improve user satisfaction.Design Systems:
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides, ensuring consistency across all products and platforms.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience as a Product Designer or in a similar design role, with a portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of design systems, UI/UX best practices, and successful product launches.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.Understanding of Product Development:
Strong grasp of product design and development processes, including user research, ideation, prototyping, and usability testing.Collaboration:
Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing teams.Problem-Solving:
A strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to balance user needs with business goals in design decisions.Attention to Detail:
